Shared Sight only processes the data needed to handle requests submitted via the contact form.
Data collected
Name, email, company, role, phone (if provided), message and details you share in the form.
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to contact requests and preparing follow‑up discussions. Processing is based on Shared Sight ’s legitimate interest in managing inquiries and protecting the service against spam and abuse.
Retention
Data is kept only for the time needed to process the request and any related follow‑up.
Sharing
Data is not sold. It may be hosted on third‑party services (form/storage) configured by Shared Sight .
Anti-bot and security
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to limit automated submissions (no session cookie set by our code). Cloudflare may process technical data (IP, browser info) and may process data on servers outside the EU. For safeguards, see: Cloudflare Trust Hub (GDPR) .
An IP‑based rate limiter is applied on the API to reduce abuse (a few requests per minute).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data via the contact page.
